Have you always wanted to try ballet? Or maybe you danced years ago and
miss the joy of being at the barre?
Our Adult Ballet Class begins March 11, and we would love for you to join
us.
This class is designed especially for adults, whether you’re a complete
beginner or returning to the studio after many years. We focus on
beautiful, foundational technique, musicality, strength, and grace in a
supportive, encouraging environment. No pressure. No judgment. Just the joy
of moving to music and doing something for you.
Ballet improves posture, balance, flexibility, and confidence, but most of
all, it reconnects you with artistry and expression in a way that few
workouts can.
