This interactive concert/service is a unique and deeply spiritual telling
of the Passion Story through spirituals, jazz, poetry, and silence, brought
to audiences by Jennifer Cochran and Gateway Band for the last 20+ years in
the greater Cleveland area. Gateway Band brings a special brand of
jazz-gospel fusion to their performances. Gateway has performed for church
and temple services, concerts, weddings, funerals, and many diverse sacred
and secular events. Performance venues of note have included St. John the
Divine and the Chapel Wall Street in NYC, St. Barnabas in Falmouth, MA.,
St. Paul's Cathedral, Buffalo, NY, Good Shepherd Christian Church, Trinity
Cathedral, Cleveland, Medina United Church of Christ, Peace Lutheran
Church, Cleveland Public Square, the Cuyahoga Valley Scenic Railway, the
Cleveland Playhouse, Legacy Village, Willoughby Fine Arts, and the Bop
Stop.
