Good afternoon,

Register now for Summer at Laurel’s Broadway Kids Camp! This year’s
production is Shrek the Musical, KIDS. For girls and boys entering Grades
4-10. The two-week session includes tickets for a field trip to see
Disney's The Lion King at Playhouse Square on July 9, 2026! The session
runs July 6-17 and meets daily from 9:00am-4:00pm.

Beauty is in the eye of the ogre in Shrek The Musical KIDS, based on the
Oscar-winning DreamWorks Animation film and fantastic Broadway musical.
It's a "big bright beautiful world" as everyone's favorite ogre, Shrek,
leads a cast of fairytale misfits on an adventure to rescue a princess and
find true acceptance. Part romance and part twisted fairy tale, Shrek KIDS is
an irreverently fun show with a powerful message for the whole family.

Shrek The Musical KIDS Book and Lyrics by David Lindsay-Abaire. Music by
Jeanine Tesori. Based on the DreamWorks Animation Motion Picture and the
Book by William Steig Shrek The Musical KIDS. is presented through special
arrangement with Music Theatre International (MTI). All authorized
performance materials are also supplied by MTI.
