*Dance Arts by Regina is seeking to hire instructors for our Summer 2026
and 2026-2027 Seasons!*

Our studios are continuing to grow -- in our 10th season now, we are
looking for people who are passionate about using dance to connect and grow
with students, while also ensuring students are engaged in rigorous,
developmentally-appropriate training. We have a stellar community of
students and families and we are looking for more of the best of the best
to join our team!

We have locations in Tremont and in North Royalton and will have several
positions available:

*DANCE INSTRUCTORS*
We are looking for dance instructors with backgrounds in tap, jazz, ballet,
and most especially, we are looking for those who are excellent with the
3-6 age group! Candidates must either have a degree in dance or education
or have extensive professional performing experience.

*PRE-PROFESSIONAL BALLET COMPANY ASSISTANT*
*Must be available Saturdays. * We are looking for someone to assist in
taking our growing pre-professional ballet company to the next level. This
position may include the following:

   - Teach or assist weekly company classes and rehearsals, with
   apprentices (ages 8-10), juniors (ages 10-12), or seniors (ages 13+) (may
   not work with all age groups)
   - Create and set choreography in ballet, primarily (looking to add more
   contemporary)
   - Learn and set choreography from videos
   - Create and teach age appropriate choreography
   - Run rehearsals and be able to coach students with high level
   corrections
   - Assist with casting decisions
   - Participate in community events, festivals, outreach events, etc.
   - For the right creative person, this position could eventually include
   developing and setting short ballets!
   - For the right executive person, this position could eventually include
   developing outreach programming and connections with partner organizations
   such as the Cleveland Public Library, the Cuyahoga County Library system,
   Urban Community School, Tremont West, and more.
   - Assist with annual Nutcracker performances and Spring Ballets
   - Potential for choreographing and coaching YAGP solos and ensembles

There is some flexibility in how this position will take shape depending on
the strengths of the right applicant. The ideal applicant would have
participated in a pre-professional youth company, or has experience dancing
for a professional ballet company. Compensation to be discussed at
interview, and will be commensurate with experience and education. Our
starting rate is $30/hour.
