[NEohioPAL] Volunteer opportunity: Attorney assistance with a Contract

I volunteer on the Board of the Shem Center for Interfaith Spirituality, 
a Chicago-based not-for-profit working for universal peace through 
greater interfaith understanding.
(Hey, I'm an actor.  I know a little about tilting at windmills!)

We prepare to hire a new Director to assist the Board of Trustees with 
continuing and expanding the Shem Center programs to serve its mission.

We are seeking an attorney with experience in EMPLOYMENT CONTRACTING for 
Not-for-Profit / Faith Based Organizations.
We need review of our materials and help to pursue the best possible 
process for the selection, hiring, and on-boarding of a new Director.
Volunteer would be delightful?  Discount would be appreciated? Paying 
the right person would be possible?
