Greetings,

The weather is warm. The weather is cool. The weather is wet. The
weather is dry. Welcome to spring in Northeast Ohio! Our mercurial
season encourages us to discover our powers of resilience and
adaptability, of renewal and regeneration. I'm pleased to invite you to
two public sound events in May, one receptive and one interactive, that
will explore these themes:

*Spring Renewal Sound Bath Journey* -- Sunday, May 17, 2:00-3:00 pm, at
Healing with the Horses in Chesterland. $25.

Refresh your mind, body, and spirit at this spring-themed sound bath,
centered on the theme of renewal and rebirth. In this receptive session,
you will experience a variety of sound healing instruments, such as
crystal singing bowls, flutes, drums, and gongs. Embark on a gentle
journey of relaxation, healing, and growth through sound, breath work,
and focused meditation.

*To register,* please email me at beth at differentdrum.net (to pay at the
door) or via Square (to pay by credit card):

*Soundscapes at JWell* -- Thursday, May 28, 7-8 pm at B'nai Jeshurun
Congregation, Pepper Pike. $10.

Experience a range of stress reduction and relaxation techniques in this
hands-on, interactive workshop. Learn how to combine therapeutic sound
and music with targeted mind, body, voice, and breath exercises to
support your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual wellness goals.
Participants will be invited to explore a variety of sound healing
instruments, in order to create a one-of-a-kind soundscape in a safe,
nurturing environment. No musical experience necessary -- just bring
your curiosity and open ears!
