Why Sundays at 1 PM?
The World On Stage series has moved from weekday evenings to Sunday afternoons at 1:00 PM to make it easier for families to attend. This change builds on the massive success of One World Day, which drew over 40,000 visitors last year and is held annually in late August at the Gardens. A recent marketing survey by Opinions LTD, supported by The Cleveland Foundation, confirmed strong community preference for live performances in the Gardens.
New Amenities at the Plaza
This year, the Plaza features upgraded infrastructure for a better visitor experience:
*
Permanent restrooms installed near the Plaza
*
A new public park developed by the City of Cleveland
*
14 new parking spaces on St. Casimir Way, directly across from the Plaza (including a handicapped-accessible spot)
