Admission is free and open to the public.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV><STRONG><EM>More information on Razzle Dazzle:</EM></STRONG></DIV> <DIV><EM></EM> </DIV> <DIV>This unusual exhibit pairs the work of two innovative Cleveland artists, Jeffry Chiplis and Jacob Lang, exploring materials, process and context. </DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Jeffry Chiplis, an established and widely exhibited Cleveland artist and trustee of SPACES since 1978, continues his work with "found neon", utilizing previously manufactured neon and argon tubes that cannot be reshaped or their colors altered. <SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 16pt"><FONT size=2><FONT face=arial>The work in this exhibition represents the further exploration of drawing and sculpture ideas using color and light, and the potential for recontextualizing images from pop culture by placing them in an environment other than the one for
which they were designed. </FONT></FONT></SPAN></DIV> <DIV><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 16pt"><FONT size=2><FONT face=arial></FONT></FONT></SPAN> </DIV> <DIV><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 16pt"><FONT size=2><FONT face=arial></FONT></FONT></SPAN> </DIV> <DIV><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 16pt"><FONT size=2><FONT face=arial>Jacob Lang, founder of the former Pangea Press, utilizes his printmaking background to explore technology, <FONT face=Times-Roman>materials and collaboration, aiming to create objects that have as many possible interpretations as there are potential observers, ultimately offering the observer something to contemplate in opposition to dictating what they should believe. The means of production includes, but is not limited to: digital printmaking and digital photography; paintings created by melting frozen watercolor paint on paper; and sculptures executed utilizing CNC (Computer Numerical Code) Waterjet and Laser Cutting
