<P><FONT FACE="Times New Roman">This course is designed to introduce students to the fundamental tools of acting. Using games, scenes, monologues, and exercises students will gain a solid understanding of how to create a character, analyze a text, and utilize important acting vocabulary. Students will begin to understand the demands placed on professional actors and the process of developing a role. Students will leave the course feeling confident about their acting process and how to perform truthfully on stage.</FONT></P>
