<DIV>This person would be familiar with normal office operations, as well as </DIV>
<DIV>particular theatre business operations and box office procedures. </DIV>
<DIV>Responsibilities include maintaining theatre files and archives, </DIV>
<DIV>correspondence with actors, designers, actors unions and </DIV>
<DIV>play royalties services. Computer literacy with Word, Excel</DIV>
<DIV>email services, and general internet experience is required. </DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>The individual would also assist in grant writing, general correspondence,</DIV>
<DIV>season programming schedules, brochure and program presentation</DIV>
<DIV>and Outreach Program marketing efforts.Availabilty in close proximity to play </DIV>
<DIV>performances and rehearsals is desirable. A season schedule and</DIV>
<DIV>dates is posted on our website. </DIV>
