banks of the <st1:place w:st="on">Ohio River</st1:place>. <st1:place w:st="on"><st1:City
w:st="on">Gallipolis</st1:City>, <st1:State w:st="on">Ohio</st1:State></st1:place>
has a population of 4,800. This is an outstanding opportunity for an
early-career professional to develop a resume and writing portfolio. The
position has much potential for growth since the Ariel is in its early years,
and there are plans to enlarge the facility. This could become a regular staff
