reception Friday 8/1/08 from 5:00pm - 9:00pm. Don Cox will be on

Pollock and Matisse, Cox paints powerful pieces from his own perception of
reality. His use of bold colors in complex layers draws the viewer into
the art works. His work provides a glimpse into how he views the outside
world using his personal feelings as a filter. Just as the open-backed
guitar gives the viewer a look inside the guitar, so Cox's art gives the viewer
a look inside the artist.<o:p></o:p></span></font></p>
