planning to build a small office within the space that we can use for an office
set for other filmmakers and for episodes of "Out of Darkness."</FONT></DIV>

"Prelude2Cinema Presents" September 19th on Time Warner Cable. The
anthology series will include new episodes of "Out of Darkness" and shorts for
other independent filmmakers. Before the end of this month, episodes of
the police/ sci-fi series will be for sale on Amazon and at <A
