how, independent of his will, the actor<BR>lives the role, without noticing how
he is feeling, not thinking about<BR>what he is doing, and so everything comes
out spontaneously,<BR>subconsciously. We leave the subconscious to nature, the
magician,<BR>and apply ourselves to what is available to us - the conscious
approach<BR>to creative activity. This is an advanced class which explores
the<BR>difficulty of creating the illusion that everything happening on
the<BR>stage is happening for the first time.<BR><BR>*Dates subject to
