<P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt"><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt">John was born in <st1:City w:st="on">Cleveland</st1:City> and studied art in <st1:City w:st="on">Cleveland</st1:City> and <st1:City w:st="on"><st1:place w:st="on">New York City</st1:place></st1:City> and has dedicated his life to perfecting his craft as a painter by working tirelessly day in and day out. <o:p></o:p></SPAN></DIV>

<P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt"><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt">As a lifelong student of world culture, his influences and taste have been both eclectic and Catholic. Very much influenced by the philosophy of art expressed in William Blake’s dictum that ‘the crooked line is more significant that the straight one’, it is not the goal of human perfection, but rather the mystery of actual living life that he has attempted to capture on canvas. Besides Blake, the most important influences of painters have been the life and work of Vincent Van Gogh and Paul Cezanne. <o:p></o:p></SPAN></DIV>

<P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt"><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt">The show will run from September 17, 2008 through October 29<SUP>th</SUP> with an opening reception on Sunday September 21 from 2-5 pm.
