<p class=MsoNormal>There will be an open casting call for a Cleveland State
University Short Film, “Arthur Robinson” on Friday October 17,
2008. It will take place at the Music and Communication Building at Cleveland
State University in the conference room on the second floor at 6:00pm. It is
recommended that you bring a headshot and resume, however not required.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class=MsoNormal>We will be casting for 4 main roles as well as several other
small roles. The 4 main roles are:<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class=MsoNormal>Arthur: 30-35 years old, charismatic. Arthur is a late
night talk show host and one of the hottest celebrities in America. He is
intelligent and charming. This is the main role in the film.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class=MsoNormal>Marty: 30-35 years old, Arthur’s long time friend and
right hand man. He is a family man with a son, Jack, and is always looking out
for Arthur and his well being.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class=MsoNormal>Willy: 60+ years old, Willy is an old celebrity and was a
late night talk show host in his prime. He is Arthur’s mentor and the
most important person in Arthur’s life. He is wise and well respected.
Willy’s death in the film turns Arthur’s world upside down.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class=MsoNormal>Maria: 25-30 years old. Maria is a high profile actress and
an girlfriend of Arthur’s. She is beautiful and intelligent and strong
willed. She reminds Arthur of a better time in his life.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class=MsoNormal>Due to constraints in the budget, there will be no pay
though you will receive your own credit in the film and a DVD copy of the
film. The shooting dates will be October 25<sup>th</sup> and 26<sup>th</sup>
all day. A copy of the working script will be available upon request. If you
plan on attending please RSVP as soon as possible so we can prepare a
schedule. The audition will be run by myself, Dave (Director) and Amy
