<P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt"><FONT size=3><FONT face="Times New Roman"><SPAN class=yshortcuts id=lw_1225744922_2>Michael Frayn</SPAN>’s ‘Noises Off,’ arguably the most popular backstage farce in theatre history, is given an uproarious send-up this month by the Aurora Community Theatre under the direction of Barbara L. Rhoades.<SPAN> </SPAN></FONT></FONT>

<P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt"><FONT face="Times New Roman" size=3>The characterizations and comic timing of each and every performer was simply sublime, and they heroically pushed through the show’s necessarily complicated staging, including the multitude of entrances and exits that make ‘Noises Off’ the Olympic event of theatrical productions.</FONT>

<P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt"><FONT size=3><FONT face="Times New Roman">Run – don’t walk – to grab tickets to see this fantastic and talented cast (Don Arbuckle, Brian Diehl, Kevin Horak, Jenn Klika, Eric Oswald, Mia Pesce, Brenda Redmond, Chris White, and Adam Young) trip over, bump into, slam doors on, stumble around, hurl sardines on, fall down from, and otherwise scramble over, around, through and under a great rotating set (which itself got applause during the transition between acts).<SPAN> </SPAN></FONT></FONT>
