advertise shows and attractions on outdoor marquees and signs at movie
theaters and other performance venues.</FONT></DIV>

<DIV><FONT face=Arial>These slotted letters and numbers have a
flat-textured face and sharp-letter edges.</FONT> </DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial></FONT> </DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial>Each letter or number is 10 inches in height. Each one is
black.</FONT></DIV>

<DIV><FONT face=Arial>Each has notches on its backside; this allows for hanging
on a slotted track on the marquee itself. These are the standardized type
of "change-able" letters/numbers compatible with most slotted outdoor signs and
