March 1<sup>st</sup>, Monday, March 2<sup>nd</sup>, Tuesday, March 3<sup>rd</sup>.</p>

<p class="MsoNormal">Actors may choose to attend one, two or all three
evenings.<span style=""> </span>Please prepare to arrive
at 7 for each session and stay for approximately 90 minutes. </p>
<p class="MsoNormal"> </p><p class="MsoNormal">Actors Needed:<span style="font-size:8pt"> </span>10 highly committed singing actors (5 female, 5 male) from diverse backgrounds (teens to 40’s), who are hungry for hard work, artistic challenge, and generous collaboration<br class="webkit-block-placeholder"></p><p class="MsoNormal"><br class="webkit-block-placeholder"></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">Audition Preparation:</p>
<p class="MsoNormal">Prepare one full song that best fits your personality.<span style=""> </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">Dress comfortably for movement.<span style=""> </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">Prepare to demonstrate other special talents (playing an
instrument, clowning, juggling, mime, acrobatics, dance, etc…)</p>

<p class="MsoNormal">Rehearsals begin in March with a series of foundational work sessions, shift into a higher gear during the month of April and early
May, and conclude with performances June 4<sup>th</sup> through the 14<sup>th</sup>.
We will have 2 weekends of standard evening performances, plus 2 daytime school
presentations. </p>
<p class="MsoNormal"> </p>
<p class="MsoNormal">Actors can expect between 3 and 6 work session per
week.<span style=""> </span>Most rehearsals will occur
in the evening, with some weekend sessions.<span style=""> </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"> </p><p class="MsoNormal"><br class="webkit-block-placeholder"></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">5 Advantages of participating in this production:</p>
<p class="MsoNormal"> </p>
<p class="MsoNormal">1. Rehearsals and performances will be held at a convenient,
central Akron location. </p>
<p class="MsoNormal">2. Even though this is community-based performance, each
actor will be offered a modest gas stipend and will be given other
opportunities to support their work financially. </p>
<p class="MsoNormal">4.<span style=""> </span>Actors will
encounter a variety of performance techniques and a rich, focused rehearsal
process. </p>
<p class="MsoNormal">5.<span style=""> </span>Actors will
have the honor of performing not only for a paying public, but also in front of
non-traditional audiences, especially for those who do not typically have
access to the arts because of cost and other cultural barriers. </p>
