NEOhioPal Community,

I have a question for all of you that have experience in the market. My kids are just starting out therefore we have no money to invest. I sent out some head shot/resumes of my kids to some talent agencies. So far 1 of them contacted me and told me they are interested in my kids and would like to meet them and sign a contract. They are asking for almost $700 a child/year for marketing tools, head book fee and being on the website. They also charge $75 each for a consultation that helps prepare our kids for the market. They will update our resume, we have to supply our own head shots. What do you think of this? I thought money should never come up-front. I don't have the money anyway but I am just curious to know. My kids did 5 months of ACT training and I am not ready to dish out anymore money. Don't have it
anyway.
