Hi Everyone,

I just want to take a moment and let everyone know that I've been asked to perform on the main stage at the historic old Kent Stage,175 East Main, Kent, Ohio on Thursday, May 7th. It's an early show, (7-9pm), so that folks can get home and get ready for work the next day. Tickets are $8 in advance, or $10 at the door. Contact Jim about ordering tickets, (contact info below.)

I'll be appearing with "Gypsy Dave", Tom Evanchuck, & Ty Kellogg. The Kent Stage is a converted old movie house right in the heart of kent, Ohio, and has seen the likes of James Taylor, Richie Havens, & Joan Baez trod its boards. Also , the home of Brian Henke's annual "Woodchopper's Ball".

Gypsy Dave is a 'string band' out of Pennsylvania, and they rock! Tom Evanchuck is a name to remember; this young man is on his way (musically) and he's home grown. Ty Kellogg is a helluva musician and the man that put this all together. And, you know me: Jim "LooseChange" Snively, I write songs. I cant help it.

It's going to be a great show and I am honored to be a part of it. Ty is going to open, followed by me and then Tom. Gypsy Dave finishes the evening off with some real toe tapping foot stomping music.

The lobby provides a place to gather and chat over a glass of good wine, or a cold beer, as well as more family oriented beverages and snacks.

This is a big show for us, with professional 'sound' and pre-show publicity in the Kent & Cleveland area. Listen to "Steve's Folk's" Saturday morning between 9am & 11am, May 2nd, at 89.3 for "on air" interviews and more information and a chance to win two free tickets. Also, Kent's online student radio stream, www.blacksquirrelradio.com on May 4th, 4pm-6pm, for more "on-air" chat.

Contact Jim at 216-409-1011, or pickrjm@aol.com to get your tickets at the pre-door price of $8.00.

Hope to see you there. Until then, keep it in tune.
