up for Medina International Fest, August 29<sup>th</sup>, 2009. All of the
flags were generously donated by Whitey’s Army Navy Store. The colorful
flags will set the scene for the twelve hour event, which will feature
international foods, art, music, and other entertainment, as well as activities
for families and a Children’s Parade of Nations. The goal of the
celebration is to promote and recognize the rich heritage and cultural
diversity of our community, to encourage social interaction and the enjoyment
of family entertainment on the <st1:Street w:st="on"><st1:address w:st="on">Medina
Square</st1:address></st1:Street>, and to bring the world to <st1:place

nationally acclaimed pianist, kick off the concert series with some of the most
beloved American songs, ranging from works by Stephen Foster, George Gershwin,
Cole Porter, Leonard Bernstein, Stephen Sondheim, as well as numerous Broadway</span>
favorites</font><span lang=EN-GB>!</span> Skiba<span lang=EN-GB> has sung in
countless places including Indianapolis Opera, Pittsburgh Opera, Louisiana
Lyric Opera, the Akron Symphony Orchestra, and the Cincinnati Pops. He was a
featured soloist on The Young Artists Showcase, on WQXR - The Classical Radio
Station of <i><span style='font-style:italic'>The New York Times</span></i>. Steven
Gross is a well-known</span><font face="Courier New"><span lang=EN-GB
style='font-family:"Courier New"'> </span></font><span lang=EN-GB>Broadway
music director/pianist whose credits include: Spelling Bee, The Wedding Singer,
Urinetown (also European Premiere), The Life (also European Premiere), and the New
