Over 40 teams of local filmmakers will have just 48 hours in which to write, produce, and edit their own short films. All films will be screened at the Cedar Lee and judged by a panel of local film professionals. The winner of the "Best Film" of Cleveland will receive a copy of Write Brothers Screenwriting Software, the 48HFP Best Film Trophy, a $500 cash prize, and the opportunity to compete in the international 48 Hour Film Project competition, Filmapalooza!</div><div><br></div><div>Didn't get a chance to sign up for this year's competition? Don't worry--you can still get involved!</div><div><br></div><div>All of the 48HFP films will be screened at the Cedar Lee Theatre on August
5th and 6th at 7:00 pm and 9:30 pm each night (there are different films in each of the four screenings). Come support your favorite team by attending their film screening, or come watch all four screenings! Individual film screening tickets can be purchased for $9 by contacting the Cedar Lee Box Office at 216-321-5411. If you'd like to attend all four screenings you can do so by purchasing the 2 Day Gold Pass for the special rate of just $30!
