The evening will also highlight two recent premieres from the 2009 Ingenuity Festival: <B><I><SPAN style="FONT-STYLE: italic; FONT-WEIGHT: bold">Goethe’s Color Theory</SPAN></I></B> and <B><I><SPAN style="FONT-STYLE: italic; FONT-WEIGHT: bold">9.8 m/s<SUP>2</SUP></SPAN></I></B>, an upbeat and entertaining tribute to the speed of falling objects.</SPAN></FONT></P>

<P class=EC_MsoNormal><FONT size=2 face=Arial><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: Arial; FONT-SIZE: 11pt"><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: Arial; FONT-SIZE: 11pt">Antaeus Dance will perform two audience favorites and a recent premiere. Director Joan Meggitt’s <B><I><SPAN style="FONT-STYLE: italic; FONT-WEIGHT: bold">Hidden Dialogue </SPAN></I></B>explores body language in an athletic conversation of non-stop movement. A strong representation of Meggitt’s aesthetics, this dance combines abstracted gestures within a constant flow of movement, including strong partnering between the three dancers. <B><I><SPAN style="FONT-STYLE: italic; FONT-WEIGHT: bold">FFA: Fairy Flight Academy</SPAN></I></B>, by founding company member Holly Labbe Cole, is a family favorite featuring four over-grown fairies who are trying to earn their wings. Despite their many failed attempts, these four fledglings do not give up, practicing their formations with humorous determination. Meggitt’s new quartet <B><I><SPAN style="FONT-STYLE: italic; FONT-WEIGHT: bold">Drift In, Drop Out</SPAN></I></B> features the visceral poetry of Allen Ginsberg. Equally at home on the ground and in the air, the dancers create a shifting landscape that soothes and excites with flowing movement and intense gestures. </SPAN></SPAN></FONT></P>
