<DIV>Something wonderful has happened for my Open Mic this coming <FONT color=red size=5>Tuesday, August 18</FONT>: Ms. Kristen Graves is on tour and has agreed to stop by Rider's as a "Featured Act". She'll be performing at <FONT color=red size=5>9:00pm.</FONT> She is a 'must see' performer of exceptional talent from Boston. The show is still free. So come on out and catch her act. She will have CD's available. We met last year when we played the <EM><U>Town Fryer </U></EM>together, I became an instant Kristen Graves fan. You will too.</DIV>

<DIV>Something else is happening at Rider's, too: <FONT color=red size=4>Karen is retiring.</FONT> Both 'bummer' for us, but a "way yay" for her. This will be her last Open Mic Night. So make sure you <FONT color=red size=4>stop by and wish her the best of everything</FONT>. I, for one, will miss her dearly. She is (of course) a fixture there but, more than that, she is my friend. Happy sigh ... "Good luck to you good woman"!</DIV>
