R.N. and certified fitness instructor ("Sowing Seeds of Fitness Equals a Harvest
of Wellness") and Phyllis Molnar, nutritionist ("You Can Bloom Inside and Out
with the Right Foods"). Registration begins at 8:30 a.m. Tickets are $15 and
include a continental breakfast, interactive program, plated luncheon, and
vendor exhibits including arts & crafts, homemade goods, etc. To register,
