style='color:black'>September 9,</span> 2009)</b>  Kent State University
Stark Theatre has announced open auditions for the season’s first theatrical
event, <b><i>Tons of Money</i></b>, a farce by Will Evans and Valentine,
revised by Alan Ayckbourn.  <o:p></o:p></p>

<p class=NoParagraphStyle><o:p> </o:p></p>

<p class=NoParagraphStyle>Auditions will be held from 7-9:30 p.m. on September
15 and 16 in the theatre of the Fine Arts Building, 6000 Frank Avenue NW in
Jackson Township.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class=NoParagraphStyle><o:p> </o:p></p>

<p class=NoParagraphStyle>The production will be performed on November 6, 7, 8,
13, 14 and 15 in the Kent State Stark Theatre. Roles are available for six men
and four women. A scene from the play must be performed for the audition. <o:p></o:p></p>

<p class=NoParagraphStyle>Scripts are available for periods of 24 hours from
the secretary of the Fine Arts Building, Monday through Friday, during business
hours. Appointments are not required. Auditions will be given in the order that

of Money</i> is the story of an unsuccessful inventor who inherits a fortune
which is to revert on his death to his cousin George Maitland. As Cousin George
is thought to have died abroad, the inventor has the brilliant idea of “dying”
so that he can resurrect himself as his cousin and avoid paying his enormous
debts. Hilarious complications arise in the form of George’s wife, another
Maitland imposter and finally, the real George Maitland himself! <o:p></o:p></p>
