<div><FONT face=arial color=black size=2>The Youngstown Playhouse will hold auditions for the musical comedy "who-done-it", CURTAINS, Thursday and Friday, January 28 and 29 at 7 p.m.</FONT></div>

<div><FONT face=arial color=black size=2>The Broadway smash hit is a send-up of the classic, backstage murder mystery plot. Set in 1959 Boston, CURTAINS follows the fallout when the supremely untalented star of "Robbin' Hood of the Old West" is murdered during her opening night curtain call. A police detective who moonlights as a musical theatre fan, attempts to save the show, solve the case and maybe even find love, without getting killed himself. CURTAINS was written by Rupert Brooks, with music and lyrics by the renowned team of John Kander and Fred Ebb.</FONT></div>

<div><FONT face=arial color=black size=2>The Playhouse production is directed by Michael Dempsey. Gary Kekel is Musical Director and </FONT><FONT face=arial color=black size=2>Carrie Mazzucco is Choreographer.</FONT></div>

<div><FONT face=arial color=black size=2>The large cast (25+) requires males and females, 16 years and up. Those auditioning will be asked to:</FONT></div>

<div><FONT face=arial color=black size=2>- Bring sheet music and perform a 1 minute vocal selection. An accompanist will be provided.</FONT></div>
<div><FONT face=arial color=black size=2>- Be prepared to dance, and wear appropriate clothing to comfortably move</FONT></div>
<div><FONT face=arial color=black size=2>- Be asked to read from the script</FONT></div>
<div><FONT face=arial color=black size=2>- Bring a wallet size photo.</FONT></div>

<div><FONT face=arial color=black size=2>Call backs will be held on Sunday, January 31 at 7 p.m. Rehearsals will begin in mid-March. Playing dates for CURTAINS are weekends, May 14 - May 23.
