personally invite you to attend <b><i>Home Sweet Homeland</i></b><i> </i>in the
Stocker Arts Center’s Studio Theatre this Friday or Saturday night. This workshop
production of a new play by <b>Joanna Rush</b>, directed by Tony award nominee <b>Lynne
Taylor-Corbett</b>, marks the culmination of an amazing 10-day residency at LCCC.
Stocker Arts Center and the Arts and Humanities Division of the College have
joined forces to bring two extremely talented and dynamic Broadway actors, an
award-winning director/choreographer and the playwright/actor to our area. It’s
been a wonderful journey to this point, giving breath to a new play in just 5
very intense days!<br>

Stocker’s <i>Home Sweet Homeland</i> is the first staged production of Ms.
Rush’s play, which follows five neighbors through the events of September
11<sup>th</sup>, 2001, from the attack, to their evacuation and eventual return
to - or abandonment of - their Ground Zero homes. All are devastated and
full of doubt about the world and about each other. Life is forever changed.
Together, a young boy, a musician, a financial analyst and a couple of
comediennes stumble through the pathways of mind and heart to seek the truth
and find their way back to trust and laughter. </span><span style='font-family:
"Arial","sans-serif"'><o:p></o:p></span></p>

Broadway Veterans <b>Robert Cuccioli </b>(Tony-nominee, <i>Jekyll and Hyde</i>),
<b>Erin Leigh Peck </b>(just finished the Off-Broadway run of <i>The
Toxic Avengers</i>) and <b>Joanna Rush</b>, are joined by Northeast Ohio
Actors, <b>David Arredondo, Meryem Errouiam, Shenal Hathurusinghe, Kaitlin La<span
style='color:#1F497D'>V</span>ella Kelly, Timothy Kinzel, Colin McCauley, Lisa
Palinkas, Sara Rhodes, David Shimotakahara, Joey Stefanko</b> and <b>Aidan
Wilson</b> to bring this new work to life. <br>
