Theater. Adapted for the stage by Sherman L. Sergel, <i>Twelve Angry Jurors</i>
is based on the Emmy Award-winning teleplay <i>Twelve Angry Men</i> by Reginald
Rose. Show times are 7:30 p.m. Fridays and Saturdays and 3 p.m. Sundays, with a
special weekday matinee on Thursday, February 25 at 10 a.m. <o:p></o:p></span></p>

fate of an inner-city teen on trial for the murder of his abusive father. It
looks like an open-and-shut case until one of the jurors begins questioning the
“real” facts of the case hoping to create reasonable doubt in the
minds of his fellow jurors. Tempers flare as prejudices and personal agendas
become evident when the group attempts to reach consensus. The American
judicial system is as much on trial as the defendant when these 12 jurors
dramatically wrestle with their civic duty. <o:p></o:p></span></p>

13 male and female teenage actors who are students from the Beck Center’s
Theater Education program. Student cast members have participated in core
theater classes at Beck Center, where they explore basic acting skills through
improvisation and theater games. They study method acting, as well as develop
singing and acting techniques, and are introduced to theater appreciation and
basic theater terminology.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
