This cat is very sweet and was thrown out in the cold and locked out of his home during the blizzards last week. He was so scared he begged at all the neighbor's doors until someone finally allowed him into their garage and called me. </div><div><br></div><div>I had him tested, neutered and vaccinated. He is in very good health. The family who rescued him wanted to keep him but have 3 other cats who are not getting along with Moo. He hates to be caged or confined so I don't feel he'll do well having to go be caged somewhere, It will add to his stress. He cried a lot after we first rescued him, especially when put back in the cage. </div><div><br></div><div>He is super affectionate and after what he's been and is still going through, our wish is to find him a either a foster home or permanent home as soon as possible. I personally can't stand the thought of having him confined.
