<p style="TEXT-INDENT: 0.5in; MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt; mso-pagination: none" class="MsoNormal"><font size="3" face="Times New Roman">Solon Center for the Arts is proud to announce the winners of the <span style="mso-bidi-font-style: italic">2^ndAnnual SCA Playwriting Competition</span>. This competition presented students, grades 7 through 12, with the opportunity to submit original pieces of drama to be considered for potential production at SCA in the spring of 2010. Judges Kristina Ferencie, Dominick Chicotel and Alison Garrigan have selected first place, second place and third place winners, in addition to an honorable mention. </font></p>

<p style="TEXT-INDENT: 0.5in; MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt; mso-pagination: none" class="MsoNormal"><font size="3"><font face="Times New Roman"><span style="mso-bidi-font-style: italic">“Ana”, “An Intergalactic Vacation”</span> and “<span style="mso-bidi-font-style: italic">Perfectly Wrong” </span>will be presented this May in the <span style="mso-bidi-font-style: italic">SCA One Act Festival </span>directed by Larry Nehring. The SCA Spotlight Youth Theater students (grades 5 through 8) will perform each piece in its entirety with an excerpt from the honorable mention play, “R<span style="mso-bidi-font-style: italic">.I.P. Bluby”.</span></font></font></p>
