<P style="LINE-HEIGHT: 150%; TEXT-INDENT: 0.5in; MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt" class=MsoNormal><FONT size=3><FONT face=Calibri><B style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal"><I style="mso-bidi-font-style: normal"> Project</I></B> was founded four years ago by three graduates of the Cleveland Institute of Music:<SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN><SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN>flutist Greg Pattillo, cellist Eric Stephenson, and bassist Peter Seymour.<SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN>Now living in Brooklyn, New York, the three composer/performers have gained international recognition for their programs that “blur the lines of classical music” while retaining a strong allegiance to classical training.<SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN>With extensive performing and teaching all over the world, including concerts, lectures, master classes, assemblies and clinics, as well as through television, radio, CDs and the internet, they are building an awareness of passionate, high energy chamber music and engaging audiences in every conceivable way.<SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN></FONT></FONT></P>

<P style="LINE-HEIGHT: 150%; MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt; mso-layout-grid-align: none" class=MsoNormal><FONT size=3><FONT face=Calibri><SPAN style="mso-tab-count: 1"> </SPAN><SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN>Flutist Greg Pattillo has been hailed by the <I style="mso-bidi-font-style: normal">New York Times </I>as “the best person in the world at what he does.”<SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN><SPAN style="mso-bidi-font-family: Myriad-Roman">His groundbreaking performance videos on YouTube, showcasing "beatbox flute," have been viewed more than 12 million times. <SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN>Pattillo earned both his bachelor's and master's degrees from the Cleveland Institute of Music as a student of Joshua Smith, principal flutist of the Cleveland Orchestra. <SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN>After a summer spent as the acting principal flute of Guangzhou Symphony Orchestra, he moved to San Francisco where he was a founding member of the Collaborative Arts Insurgency and the 16th and Mission Thursday night gathering for performers. <SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN>In addition to performing with Project, Pattillo is a frequent soloist throughout the United States, member of the Lalo Quintet, and a featured performer at The Box in New York City. <o:p></o:p></SPAN></FONT></FONT></P>

<P style="LINE-HEIGHT: 150%; MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt; mso-layout-grid-align: none" class=MsoNormal><SPAN style="mso-bidi-font-family: Myriad-Roman"><FONT size=3><FONT face=Calibri><SPAN style="mso-tab-count: 1"> </SPAN>An exceptionally versatile cellist, Eric Stephenson’s style ranges from classical to jazz to rock and folk. <SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN>He is currently a member of the IRIS Chamber Orchestra in Memphis, Tennessee and the</FONT></FONT></SPAN><SPAN style="mso-bidi-font-family: Myriad-Roman"><FONT size=3><FONT face=Calibri>Colorado Music Festival. <SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN>Stephenson served as Principal Cellist of the Canton Symphony Orchestra from 2002-2006, was a regular substitute for the Cleveland Orchestra, and was Assistant Principal Cello of the Aspen Festival Orchestra from 1999-2004. He earned his Bachelor and Master of Music Degrees with Honors from the Cleveland Institute of Music as a student of Stephen Geber.<o:p></o:p></FONT></FONT></SPAN></P>

<P style="LINE-HEIGHT: 150%; MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt; mso-layout-grid-align: none" class=MsoNormal><SPAN style="mso-bidi-font-family: Myriad-Roman"><FONT size=3><FONT face=Calibri><SPAN style="mso-tab-count: 1"> </SPAN>Dallas native Peter Seymour has performed with a multitude of highly acclaimed artists and ensembles. <SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN>He has been a member of the Cleveland Orchestra, where he performed under the baton of Franz Welser-Möst, and the New World Symphony under the direction of Michael Tilson Thomas. <SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN>He was the recipient of the <I style="mso-bidi-font-style: normal">Downbeat Magazine </I>Award for Best Jazz Soloist in 1996 and has appeared with Wynton Marsalis, Roy Hargrove, and Bobby McFerrin, among others. <SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN>He received a Bachelor of Music degree from the Cleveland Institute of Music and a Master of Music degree in Bass Performance from Rice University.<o:p></o:p></FONT></FONT></SPAN></P>
