<P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 10pt"><FONT size=3><FONT face=Calibri><B style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal">Cleveland, Ohio (March, 2010)-</B>Independent Pictures, a veteran in Cleveland’s independent film world, announces its first “College Film Throw Down” competition, to be produced as part of its annual Ohio Independent Film Festival (OIFF), held June 13-15, 2010 at Beachland Ballroom, 15711 Waterloo Rd. in Cleveland’s Historic Waterloo Arts District.</FONT></FONT></DIV>
<P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 10pt"><FONT face=Calibri size=3>The competition invites any area college student to submit his or her independently-made short film, music video or animation video.<SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN>Students can submit as many finished films as they would like for a discounted $20 each.<SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN>The finalists from each college and university will vie for winner, to be voted on by the audiences during the festival.<SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN>The winning filmmaker will receive $250 and bragging rights for the college or university the filmmaker attends.<SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN>Tickets for the film festival screenings will be $10 per screening or $5.00 for students (with student ID).</FONT></DIV>
