ground-breaking performances and life-changing educational programs to raise

<p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-family:"Arial","sans-serif"'>CPT needs a
Marketing Director willing to join its team <span style='color:#1D1B11'>with the
ambitious</span> goal of growing the organization and changing the community.
CPT’s season typically includes the production of 8-12 plays and three
performance series in three theatres: the 100 seat James Levin Theatre, the 200
seat Gordon Square Theatre, and the 50 seat Storefront Studio. The season opens
with a major benefit event in September and then runs through June.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

position is a year round, salaried, staff position. Salary range is
$28,000-34,000 based on experience and capacity. The Marketing Director
is responsible for all aspects of marketing and public relations<o:p></o:p></span></p>

candidate will have proven track record of success in marketing, sales, and/or
public relations efforts for a small to midsize non-profit arts organization,
and have direct experience in the following areas: media relations, print and
broadcast advertising, graphic design, e-marketing, print and online
publishing, direct mail, budgeting, and market research. <o:p></o:p></span></p>
