promote singer/songwriter David St.Phillips and his new song

<DIV><FONT face=Arial>The premise of the spot is that the people in the area
(Market St., W. 25th, WSM, etc.) will be drawn in by the sound of the music
being played by David St.Phillips who is there with a small camera crew to
film a portion of a music video for the song and didn't really expect a
crowd! So come one - come all -- it should be fun! </FONT></DIV>

St. & Lorain Ave. right across the street from the West Side Market in
