We cover "thinking like a writer," plot, creating believable characters, dialogue, setting, and how to get published. (One topic each for six weeks.)<br><br>HOUR TWO: We workshop your manuscripts. Each student receives a one hour intensive workshopping of his or her manuscript from fellow students and Scott Lax, including written comments from Scott and other students. (One student each for six weeks.)<br><br>WORKSHOP REQUIREMENTS: Students must submit 5 to 15 pages of double, spaced, page-numbered fiction or literary nonfiction.
