<P class=yiv1939958926yiv914177943yiv590888643yiv539925754yiv14692438yiv1894445904yiv1632198702yiv1204310399yiv1797528746yiv257667561yiv524907188yiv2067934415yiv2072301194ecxmsonormal><FONT face="arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><FONT size=3><STRONG><B><FONT color=black><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: Arial; COLOR: black; FONT-SIZE: 10pt">Mr. Concklin</SPAN></FONT></B></STRONG><FONT color=black><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: Arial; COLOR: black; FONT-SIZE: 10pt"> studied conducting, viola, and piano at the Blair School of Music at Vanderbilt University and won the Alexander Heard Prize for excellence in performance. He most recently studied under David Zinman at the American Academy of Conducting at the Aspen Music Festival. For the past two years, he has served as Associate Conductor and Creative Director with the Cobb Symphony. During the summer, Mr. Concklin serves as a faculty member at the McAlester Institute of Music in Oklahoma. He currently is studying at
 the Cleveland Institute of Music for Professional Studies in Orchestra Conducting. </SPAN></FONT></FONT></FONT>
