<p style="TEXT-INDENT: 0.5in; MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt; mso-pagination: none" class="MsoNormal"><font size="3" face="Times New Roman">Solon Center for the Arts is proud to announce the winners of the <span style="mso-bidi-font-style: italic">3^rd Annual SCA Playwriting Competition</span>. This competition presented student’s, grades 7 - 12, with the opportunity to submit original pieces of drama to be considered for potential production at SCA in the spring of 2011. Judges Kristina Ferencie, Bob Abelman and Larry Nehring have selected a first, second and third place winner in addition to an honorable mention. The winners are as follows: </font></p>

<p style="TEXT-INDENT: 0.5in; MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt; mso-pagination: none" class="MsoNormal"><font size="3" face="Times New Roman">“Man Down”, “Famous” and “The Rejects” will be presented this May in the <span style="mso-bidi-font-style: italic">SCA One Act Festival </span>directed by Mr. Dusten Welch. SCA Spotlight Youth Theater students (grades 5 - 8) will perform each piece in its entirety and will present an excerpt from the honorable mention play, “Vamped Out”.</font></p>
