                takes a break between the end of the successful <i>Dirty
                  Rotten Scoundrels</i> and the opening of <i>Don't
                  Dress for Dinner</i> in June, our River Street
                Playhouse and special events take the focus. </font></p>

                Helvetica, sans-serif" size="2">Beginning on April 29,
                Robert Hawkes will present Glen Berger's one-man-show <a
                  href="http://cvlt.org/81stSeason/lintel.php"><b>Underneath
                    The Lintel</b></a> on our River Street Playhouse
                stage. This is Mr. Hawkes' first appearance on the River
                Street stage in twenty years, (he has appeared recently
                at Clague Playhouse, the Ohio Shakespeare Festival, the
                Beck Center, Ensemble Theatre, the Cleveland Shakespeare
                Festival, the Chagrin Falls Performing Arts Academy, and
                Cleveland Public Theatre) and is not to be missed. Also,
                the initial round of our popular <i><a
                    href="http://cvlt.org/81stSeason/hwh-lax.php"><b>Hear
                      Who's Here</b></a></i> speaker series will wrap up
                on May 4 with the already SOLD OUT talk with illustrator
                ('Flo & Friends') Jenny Campbell.</font></p>

                Committee's sponsored performance of Mary Faktor's

                        Dutch librarian discovers in the return slot a
                        book checked out in 1873 and only just returned.
                        His sense of library decorum outraged, the
                        librarian determines to find the party
                        responsible, and to collect the appropriate
                        fine. His quest takes him not only all over the
                        physical world, but on a journey of remarkable
                        spiritual discovery. A tale of seemingly petty
                        bureaucratic procedure becomes the stuff of
                        profound revelation about our relationship to
                        responsibility, fate, humanity, and God. Full of
                        both pathos and humor, Glen Berger's play both
                        entertains and illuminates.</font></p>

                        initial three-part series of local speakers
                        completes with cartoonist Jenny Campbell. She
                        will discuss the unusual story of how the
                        nationally-syndicated cartoon strip "Flo &
                        Friends" was developed; how she continues to
                        create that cartoon strip; and what she
                        illustrates in addition to "Flo & Friends."
                        She will share the ongoing, creative process of
                        producing the cartoon and public reactions to
                        it. Audience goers will enjoy watching her draw
                        right in front of them, as her presentation will
                        be accompanied by paper and easel. </font></p>

                        and the Chagrin Falls Studio Orchestra will
                        perform their spring concert, <i>Summon the
                          Heroes</i>, a salute to modern-day heroes of
                        distinguished courage, ability or nobility, the
                        concert spotlights Olympians, veterans and those
                        in active service, and common man and woman.</font></p>
                    <p><font color="#000000" face="Arial, Helvetica,
                        sans-serif" size="2">A showcase of the
                        impressive achievements of Olympians will
                        include the beloved <i>Olympic Theme and
                          Fanfare</i> and John Williams’ <i>Summon The
                          Heroes</i>, written for the 100th Anniversary
                        celebration of the modern Olympic Games. <b>Dominique
                          Moceanu</b>, gymnast and member of the
                        “Magnificent 7” team who captivated audiences
                        and won the 1996 Olympic Team Gold Medal, will
                        make a special appearance during the concert and
                        be on hand to meet patrons and sign autographs
                        after the concert.</font></p>
                    <p><font color="#000000" face="Arial, Helvetica,
                        sans-serif" size="2">Veterans and active
                        servicemen and women will be honored with
                        dramatic music from the motion picture <i>The
                          Patriot</i>. Appearances by <b>World War II
                          veterans</b> include Aaron Fox, a marine who
                        served combat in Iwo Jima and Guam; Harry
                        Guinther, who served 55 missions for the Air
                        Force before being shot down over Paris and
                        becoming a prisoner of war for one year; Herb
                        Lawyer, a bomber pilot and First Lieutenant in
                        the Army; and Joe Swartz, a marine who served in
                        combat and was wounded in the first wave at Iwo
                        Jima.</font></p>

                        sans-serif" size="2">In special honor of  heroes
                        close to all our hearts—Moms—the Studio
                        Orchestra will perform <i>Mama a Rainbow</i>
                        from the Broadway show Minnie’s Boys in

                          Women's Committee</a> is pleased to present

                        celebrated actor and motivational speaker Mary
                        Faktor. Mary will perform her smash-hit,
                        one-woman show <i>The Six Ages of Woman,</i>
                        which chronicles the life of "Vicki" through
                        hilarious phone conversations with her best
                        friend "Madge." Originally written in the 1980s,
                        the show has been continually updated to keep up
