<DIV>Our community is full of caring people, and artists have some of the biggest hearts around. I'd like to introduce a new Examiner.com profile series called "The Heart of the Arts" and I'm in need of YOUR story.</DIV>

<DIV>I recently profiled local singer and pet rescuer named <A href="http://www.examiner.com/performing-arts-in-cleveland/cleveland-area-musician-mixes-canines-and-kitties"><STRONG>LISA TURNER</STRONG></A>. Her story was my inspiration for beginning this next writing journey. Her passion for <A href="http://www.examiner.com/performing-arts-in-cleveland/cleveland-area-musician-mixes-canines-and-kitties">her cause</A> made me want to find out what other worthy endeavors that local artists are helping with. For example, I myself walk for the National Multiple Sclerosis Society each year to raise money for finding a cure for my cousin and uncle.</DIV>
