<br>We are seeking enthusiastic, hardworking, and well-groomed individuals with outstanding personalities and excellent communication skills who like to have fun while they work. <br><br>Seasonal Job Opportunities exist in the following areas:<br>
<br>CONCIERGE: Enthusiastically greet guests and clearly provide all necessary information to assist them. Engage guests as they wait to enter attraction. Monitor and control guest flow in front desk area. Handle cash flow from ticket sales and monitor on-line reservation system. Entice potential patrons with to make a reservation with animated enthusiasm. And all other duties/responsibilities deemed necessary by management. <br>
<br>QUALIFICATIONS: See "Required Qualifications" at Bottom of page, Computer Skills, Previous Retail or greeting experience<br><br><br><br>FRONT OF HOUSE HOST/HOSTESSES: Proactively greet guests and clearly provide all necessary information to assist them. Engage guests as they wait to enter attraction. Monitor and control guest flow through entrances, queues, and front of house area for guest safety and comfort. Set-up and remove stanchions and ropes as necessary. Ensure a controlled, exciting, safe, and clean environment for guests both before and after event participation. Garnish knowledge and delight of attraction to answer questions and share in guest enjoyment. And all other duties/responsibilities deemed necessary by management. <br>
<br>QUALIFICATIONS: See "Required Qualifications" at Bottom of page<br><br><br><br>PHOTOGRAPHY SALES ASSOCIATE: Direct and assist guests as they exit attraction. Demonstrate a clear commitment to being 100% guest-focused, ensuring that their needs and expectations are met, interact with Guests in an open & genuine manner, have the ability to engage in conversation and up sell photo packages/Kringle's Toy Shoppe™ items. Guide guests through options with excitement and efficiency. And all other duties/responsibilities deemed necessary by management. <br>
<br>QUALIFICATIONS: See "Required Qualifications" at Bottom of page, Basic computer skills and ability to learn quickly. Previous retail experience and knowledge of DarkRoom a plus, but not a requirement. <br><br>
<br><br>PHOTOGRAPHER: Help usher families in and out of Mr. Kringle's office. Arrange and take photos of families with Mr. Kringle and maintain image and upkeep within the office. Field guest questions regarding photo packages and pricing. Proactively troubleshoot relations with Mr. Kringle while multi-tasking with digital photography equipment. <br>
<br>QUALIFICATIONS: See "Required Qualifications" at Bottom of page, Computer Skills. Excellent with children of all ages. Previous photography experience preferred but not required. <br><br><br><br>REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR ALL POSITIONS: Advanced conversation skills in order to communicate clearly, accurately and congenially with guests. A comfortable ability to interact creatively with children and adults. Ability to follow instructions and directions, remain focused and calm when under pressure, comply with event policies and guidelines, and work as part of a team. Must have reliable transportation option, punctuality, dependability, and be able to work flexible schedules including weekends. <br>
