<DIV><FONT size=3 face=Calibri>The lecture series is free and open to the
public. The lecture series is part of Tri-C's Project Gilgamesh, which
explores the Epic of Gilgamesh from a variety of perspectives, both in the
classroom and through the vehicle of the performing arts. Contemporary
composer and violinist Daniel Bernard Roumain is the project's lead artist and
will be creating a songbook for the project. Project Gilgamesh is being
conducted at Tri-C under the auspices of a "Creative Campus Innovations
Grant." </FONT><FONT size=3 face=Calibri>Tri-C is one of six
recipients of the prestigious national grant, sponsored by the Association for
Performing Arts Presenters and funded by the Doris Duke Charitable Foundation,
with additional support from the Ohio Arts Council. </FONT></DIV>
