size=3>Announcing Auditions for the G.B. Community Theatre
Season<o:p></o:p></FONT></U></SPAN></H2>
<P><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: Arial"><FONT size=3>Auditions have been scheduled
for two of this season’s G. B. Community Theatre productions at the Ashtabula
Arts Center.<SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes">
</SPAN><o:p></o:p></FONT></SPAN></P>
<P><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: Arial"><FONT size=3>Auditions will be held for the
musical production “Into The Woods,” directed by Bob Godfrey, on Saturday, Nov.
12 from 1 - 3 p.m. and Sunday, Nov. 13 from 6 - 8 p.m.
<o:p></o:p></FONT></SPAN></P>
<P><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: Arial"><FONT size=3>The cast requires nine men and
ten women, ages 15 & up. Those auditioning should prepare a short song
(sheet music required) and a monologue (not to exceed 1 minute).<SPAN
style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN><o:p></o:p></FONT></SPAN></P>
<P><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: Arial"><FONT size=3>Rehearsals will generally be
held Sunday – Thursday from 6:30 - 9 p.m. beginning on Nov. 27.<SPAN
style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN>Performance dates will be Jan. 13, 14,
15, 20, 21, 22, 27, 28.<o:p></o:p></FONT></SPAN></P>
<P><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: Arial"><FONT size=3>Auditions will be held for
“Rumors,” directed by Stephen Rhodes, on Monday & Tuesday, Nov. 28 & 29
at 6:30 p.m.<SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN>The cast requires four
men age 25 - 65, four women 25 - 65. and two police officers in small roles ages
18 - 50.<o:p></o:p></FONT></SPAN></P>
<P><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: Arial"><FONT size=3>The first cast reading of the
script will be during the week of December 19.<SPAN
style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN>Rehearsals will begin Tuesday, Jan. 3
from 6:30 to 8:30.p.m. on Mondays - Thursdays. Performance dates will be Feb.
10, 11, 12, 17, 18, 19, 24, 25. <o:p></o:p></FONT></SPAN></P>
<P><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: Arial"><FONT size=3>Both auditions are first come,
first served.<SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN>Everyone is
encouraged to audition. Beginning actors are welcome. Those auditioning should
bring a list of calendar conflicts with them. Actors are expected to attend all
rehearsals and performances unless arrangements have been made prior to the
start of rehearsals.<o:p></o:p></FONT></SPAN></P>
