90-something-year-old, one a 52-year-old one a 26-year-old – navigate the
emotional terrain of a life mixed with pleasure, satisfaction, shame and regret.

identifies the women only by the letters A, B and C. Thematically, each woman
comes to represent the three distinct life stages of womanhood (and humanity as
