launch of our 10 Minute Play Contest and Festival this summer, Weathervane
Playhouse is happy to announce that the 2012 8x10 TheatreFest will be held on
JULY 13-15, 2012!<SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes">

style="FONT-FAMILY: Calibri; FONT-SIZE: 13pt">Playwrights from all around the
country are invited to submit 10 minute plays to the Playhouse. <SPAN
style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN>A committee of volunteer judges
will read entries and choose eight Finalists.<SPAN
style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN><SPAN
style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN>Then, on TheatreFest weekend, Weathervane
will present three performances of those plays.<SPAN
style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN>Guest Judges will view and rank
the plays and audience members will vote for their favorite.<SPAN
style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN>Following Sunday’s matinee
performance, First and <?xml:namespace prefix = st1 ns =
"urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:smarttags" /><st1:Street
w:st="on"><st1:address w:st="on">Second Place</st1:address></st1:Street> winners
and the Audience Favorite will be announced and cash prizes awarded.<SPAN
