<p class="MsoNormal"><span class="gI">Apollo’s Fire, Position Opening: Patron Services Coordinator</span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><b>Organization</b></p>



<p>Apollo’s Fire, the Cleveland Baroque Orchestra, now in
it’s 20th season, seeking a full time Patron Services Coordinator.<span>  </span>The ensemble performs approximately 30
concerts in venues throughout Northeast Ohio, as well as a series of summer
concerts and approximately 4-6 weeks of touring throughout North America and
Europe. Apollo’s Fire has released 18 commercial recordings. The organization
has a Board of 23 and a staff of 5 full-time and 4 part-time staff members. </p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><font size="2"><span style="font-variant:small-caps;letter-spacing:1pt">Patron Services Coordinator</span></font></p>



<p class="MsoNormal"> </p>



<p class="MsoNormal">The Patron Services Coordinator is the front-line interface
between Apollo’s Fire and its family of subscribers, donors and single-ticket
buyers. The position is approximately 60% box office and 40% development.<span>  </span>Responsibilities include (but are not limited
to):</p>



<p class="MsoNormal"> </p>



<p><span><span>-<span style="font:7.0pt "Times New Roman"">         
</span></span></span>Serving as box office manager, both in-house as
well as at concert venues, including attendance at all events and mobile box
office coordination;</p>



<p><span><span>-<span style="font:7.0pt "Times New Roman"">         
</span></span></span>Coordinating cultivation events, including
invitations, follow-up calls, event planning, hospitality preparations, etc.;</p>



<p><span><span>-<span style="font:7.0pt "Times New Roman"">         
</span></span></span>Collaboration with the Marketing staff to
implement distribution of marketing materials;</p>



<p><span><span>-<span style="font:7.0pt "Times New Roman"">         
</span></span></span>Serving as liaison with donors and funders,
including the prompt processing of all individuals donations; processing
grants; and assistance with grantwriting;</p>



<p><span><span>-<span style="font:7.0pt "Times New Roman"">         
</span></span></span>Collaboration with the Managing Director to plan
and secure community partnerships and corporate sponsorships;</p>



<p><span><span>-<span style="font:7.0pt "Times New Roman"">         
</span></span></span>Foundation and grant research; maintain grants
calendar;</p>



<p><span><span>-<span style="font:7.0pt "Times New Roman"">         
</span></span></span>Maintenance of key database information,
including patron purchasing history, mailing lists and donor records; as well
as generating regular reports on sales, trends, etc.;</p>



<p><span><span>-<span style="font:7.0pt "Times New Roman"">         
</span></span></span>Coordination of volunteers, including ushers,
office help, etc. </p>

</span></span></span>Other duties as assigned</p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><b>Please note:<span>  </span>As
Apollo’s Fire is a performing arts ense<a name="133f635bcca05eab_133d18bc97deae83__GoBack"></a>mble, the position
requires evening and weekend hours.<span> 
    </span>There are 6-7 sets of concerts per year, with 4-6 performances in each
set.<span>  </span>Attendance is required at 90% of
all concerts as well as special events.<span> 
    </span>However, a ˝ day of comp time is provided for each concert worked.</b></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">Salary:<span> 
</span>$27,000-32,000, commensurate with experience</p>

vacation, in addition to the week between Christmas and New Year’s.</p>



<p class="MsoNormal">Qualifications:<span>  </span><span>          </span>Bachelor’s degree, preferably in music</p>

</span></span></span>1-3 years professional experience with an arts
organization</p>

</span></span></span>Excellent interpersonal skills, including on the
phone</p>

</span></span></span>Excellent writing skills</p>



<p style="margin-left:2.0in"><span style="font-family:Symbol"><span>·<span style="font:7.0pt "Times New Roman"">       
</span></span></span>Fluency with Microsoft Word, Excel spreadsheets
and box office software</p>

</span></span></span>A car and a valid driver’s license are required;
residence in Greater Cleveland is also required</p>
