<div style="margin: 0px; text-align: center;"><span style="font: 18pt Helvetica;">Directed by Nancy Cates</span></div>
<div style="margin: 0px; text-align: center;"><span style="font: 18pt Helvetica;">Starring Tess Burgler and Joe Pine</span></div>
<div style="margin: 0px; text-align: center;"><span style="font: 18pt Helvetica;">Featuring Jeremy Jenkins, Holly Humes, Amelia Britton, Derrick Winger, Scott Shriner, Henry Bishop, Dede Klein, Richard Worswick and Robert Showalter</span></div>
<p style="margin:0;padding:0;margin: 0px; text-align: center;" align="center"><span style="font: 18pt Helvetica;"> </span></p>
<div style="margin: 0px; font: 16px Times; min-height: 19px;"></div>
<div style="margin: 0px;"><span style="font: 18pt Helvetica;">"The willowy Tess Burgler is lovely as socialite Tracy Lord, who goes on a journey from judgmental to more fully human in The Philadelphia Story at Coach House Theatre.</span></div>
<div style="margin: 0px;"><span style="font: 18pt Helvetica;">In Akron, director Nancy Cates’ cast ushers us into an upper-crust world of charm, elegance and plenty of wisecracking. Joe Pine makes a notable turn as the debonair, mildly insulting Dexter. He and Burgler, who is his real-life love, make plenty of sparks fly onstage as this sparring former couple.</span></div>
<div style="margin: 0px;"><span style="font: 18pt Helvetica;">Firestone High School junior Amelia Britton’s spunky Dinah keeps track of all the crazy proceedings as Tracy’s know-it-all teen sister … In one of the funniest roles, Henry Bishop is wonderfully lecherous as old Uncle Willie, who develops an infatuation for young photographer Liz Imbrie. Holly Humes plays this career girl with a nice balance of brassiness and wistfulness.</span></div>
<div style="margin: 0px;"><span style="font: 18pt Helvetica;">Coach House cast pulls off the period piece with style, verve and well-timed humor."</span></div>

<div style="margin: 0px;"><span style="font: 18pt Helvetica;">"The cast is uniformly excellent … Some of the best actors in our area show the audience just how screwball they can be.</span></div>
<div style="margin: 0px;"><span style="font: 18pt Helvetica;">Burgler carries most of the show on her shoulders … Pine creates a mischievous, likable Dexter. </span></div>
<div style="margin: 0px;"><span style="font: 18pt Helvetica;">Most loyal theater-goers will enjoy seeing some of the performers who often play leading roles get a chance to play comic supporting roles. Dede Klein (Margaret Lord), Richard Worswick (Seth Lord), Scott Shriner (Sandy Lord), Humes and Henry Bishop (Uncle Willie) are appropriately madcap in excellent supporting roles.</span></div>
<div style="margin: 0px;"><span style="font: 18pt Helvetica;">The set is appropriately pre-World War II. The costumes are perfect … worth the price of admission."</span></div>

<div style="margin: 0px;"><span style="font: 18pt Helvetica;">"Burgler plays Tracy as a smart, dignified woman with a sharp tongue … The resulting action is comic gold, especially in the hands of this cast. The comedy is crisp and clean, and there was plenty of laughter from the audience throughout."</span></div>
