Frankly, I was starting to wonder how he was getting away with it but I never complained to any third party. If this is about who I think it's about, I'm glad someone complained. </font></div>

I don't remember if it was automated or an e'mail from Fred. Also, there was a time when I kept reposting an urgent notice, and Fred personally e'mailed me and recommended that I give up because the same people were seeing my posting each week and no one was responding to my satisfaction—in other words, the finite population on NEO-PAL couldn't give me the help I needed.<br>
<br><br>I've never had a problem reaching Fred or whoever was standing in to moderate the board on his behalf. It's definitely not automated and thE huimans behind it are handily accessible.</font></div><div><font face="verdana, sans-serif" size="4"><br>
