<br>SHOOTING STARTS:May 1st, 2012<br>SHOOTING ENDS:May  7th, 2012<br><br>SYNOPSIS: A world, and country on the brink of collapse.  A middle class that has all but vanished.  Still clinging to the old gods of consumerism and excess many are blind to imminent destruction.  However an increasing group feel that there is something missing from their lives.  Enter Alexa, a gifted writer and orator who must find the courage to believe in her gifts and expose the false gods of society, and maybe aid in the awakening others before its too late.<br>
<br>CHARACTER BIOS<br><br>[<b>ALEXA] [GENDER: FEMALE] [AGE: 19-23]<br></b><br>Alexa has recently returned home from school.  Dejected, and depressed, she feels helpless in a world  that is falling apart around her.  She feels compelled to document the injustices and imbalance in the of the world via prose and poetry in a notebook.  But, does she have the courage to not just document the injustices in the world but stand up against them?<br>
<br>[<b>STEPH] [GENDER: FEMALE] [AGE 35-45]<br></b><br>Steph is what one would call a modern day shaman. She appears to be homeless or insane.  Despite her appearance she exudes stoic coolness that is undeniable.  She is the embodiment of the archetypal mentor.  In Alexa she sees someone who has the power change the world for the better.  But can she help to convince Alexa to take up the mantle of hero and fulfill her destiny.    <br>
<br><b>[RENEE] [GENDER: FEMALE]  [AGE 55]</b><br><br>Renee considers herself blessed ss one of the few that have been unfazed by the economic turmoil in the country and the world she can't understand her daughters unhappiness with the  status of the world,  and is becoming more frustrated with her each day.<br>
